I started using this app a whole back and I listened to it every night for about a month. My life since then has significantly changed for the better. I no longer have confidence issues and I no longer care about "screwing up" when meeting new people or other things of that matter. This app has helped me find myself and my true personality and has helped me have the confidence to show that to the people I know. Thank you very much
