I see and feel no change

I really wanted this app to work, my relationship kinda depends on it. I have low confidence so I feel like someone is gonna do me wrong all the time or Im not good enough. Really upset I wasted my money, even more upset that I havent gained any confidence.

On the up side it does put me to sleep.
